CRADLE  ROLL  MINISTRY

But Jesus called for them and said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs." (Luke 18: 16)

We at St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church have a very vibrant and loving Cradle Roll Ministry.

Prior to the day of Baptism, we hold preparation meetings with Parents and Godparents to discuss the Sacrament of Baptism.

On the day of their Baptism, each baptismal candidate has a baptismal bib placed on them before the ceremony.

After Baptism, one of the parent of each candidate is presented with a lighted candle and a gift bag with tokens of support on behalf of the Cradle Roll Ministry.

Additionally, parents are encouraged to join us for our Sunday services, especially our Family Service which is normally held on the first Sunday of each month at 9.45 am.
