The St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church Humanitarian Fund continues to maintain its commitment to:

1. Care and improve the lives of church members and others within our community in emergency situations.

2. Alleviate suffering where the need is greatest while maintaining human dignity in time of crisis.

3. Give our Priest maximum flexibility in responding to emergencies.

It is with much appreciation and thankfulness that we extend a very special and heartfelt 'Thank You' to each and every one as you continue to contribute to the growth of the Humanitarian Fund and its work in Ministry.

Our Humanitarian Fund continues to extend acts of Christian charity to Church members, members in our immediate community, as well as members in communities around the world.

For, “In as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me”.

(Matthew: 25:40)

LENTEN COMMITMENT 2021

      We invite members, friends and well-wishers, to consider God’s grace and favor in their life, as we continue the work of our Humanitarian efforts, which we begun in March 2007. Let us continue our partnership, through the support of the work and mission of the Episcopal Relief and Development Fund.

Episcopal Relief and Development is the compassionate response of The Episcopal Church to human suffering in the world. Hearing God’s call to seek and serve Christ in all persons and to respect the dignity of every human being, Episcopal Relief and Development serves to bring together the generosity of Episcopalians and others with the needs of the world.

Episcopal Relief and Development faithfully administers the funds that it receives from the Church and raises from other sources. It provides relief in times of disaster and promotes sustainable development by identifying and addressing the root causes of suffering.

Episcopal Relief and Development cherishes its partnerships within the Anglican Communion, with ecumenical bodies and with others who share a common vision for justice and peace among all people. Episcopal Relief and Development is working to change lives, in and outside of the United States, with the promotion of resilient communities around the world, including 40 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.

The world needs our help at this time, as we journey through the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are committed to:

1. Enabling women to live free from gender-based violence;

2. Supporting healthy starts for children, in particular during the first 1,000 days of life;

3. Helping communities to adapt to a changing climate.

We Thank You for Your Generous Support of This Endeavor.

“In as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me”. (Matthew 25:40)
